Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate clearly with staff about urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
