Job summary

Echelon Care and Rehab in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate, team‑focused facility. You will provide daily resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, meal assistance, and help with transfers.

Qualifications

• NJ CNA certification required
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care including bathing, grooming and mobility support
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments
• Document care provided per facility protocols
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team for resident-centered care
