Job summary

Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will perform ADLs, assist with mobility, and ensure comfort and safety for residents in a high-quality skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and active in state of practice within 120 days.
• Medication Aide certification preferred or required as per job posting.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Perform transfers, repositioning, and mobility assistance.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient condition.
• Assist with meals and feeding as directed.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents and families.
