Job summary

Maine Medical Center Portland, part of MaineHealth, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant II for Postpartum on the night shift. This part-time role includes sign-on bonuses: $2,500 for 0–1 year of experience and $4,000 for 1+ year, prorated for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Certified Nursing Assistant I role.

Responsibilities

• The Certified Nursing Assistant II role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
