• Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nurses.
• Perform/assist with dressing, wound care, and specimen collection as directed.
• Document care provided and ensure safe, clean environment on unit.
• Serve as patient care sitter when needed and respond to call lights promptly.
