The facility offers competitive hourly rates ($17.5–$23) with a sign-on bonus, referral bonuses, and same-day pay options. Previous GNA experience and a valid GNA certification are preferred, with at least one year in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
• Participate in inter-departmental teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
