Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Birch Manor in Maryland is looking for a caring CNA-I / Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) to join our team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and support care plans to ensure safety and dignity.

We offer competitive hourly rates ($17.50–$23), referral bonuses, same-day pay, and a generous benefits package. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with a 6-month FT retention requirement.

Qualifications

• Certified Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) is required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of resident care and services.
