Suncrest Hospice in Nebraska is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care under the direction of the Director of CNA Services. You will work with a care team to implement assessments, care plans, and safety guidelines to support comfort and quality of life for patients.

This position emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional growth, and reliability, including a valid CNA license in the state, CPR certification, and the ability to drive as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work well within a patient-care team with nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per assessments and care plans under nursing management.
• Coordinate care with licensed staff to ensure appropriate treatment.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work with patients 1-1 and support the care team as needed.
