Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Hospice CNA to support patients under RN/therapist supervision. The role emphasizes observing and reporting patient status, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting safety and comfort in a hospice setting.
Responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, vital signs, ambulation support, and aiding in medication self-administration. Requires a state approved CNA program, CPR, and HHA per state rules; entry-level experience
The Hospice CNA is a paraprofessional member of the hospice team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or
therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The Hospice CNA is responsible
for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The Hospice CNA will
be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patients care.

$18.15 - $24.14 per hour
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $18.15 - $24.14 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
