Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. You will assist clients with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation in their homes, while maintaining accurate records and communicating changes to the team.

The role requires a CNA certification, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaboration and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Must be CNA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring the client’s living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client’s dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Other duties as assigned
