Home Health Aide

Organization: Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc.

Location: Habersham County

Pay rate: $12–14 per hour.

Job Type: Immediate opening, full-time or part-time.

Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certified (American Heart or Red Cross)
• Negative TB certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Photocopy of Social Security Card
• Current proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• CNA License or completed HHA competency test
• Federal fingerprinting requirement
• Physical ability to perform duties
• Bank slip or screenshot of account with routing and account numbers
• Background check and random drug testing

Essential Duties:

• Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
• Meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry.
• Assist with mobility, walking, routine transfers, bathing and showering.
• Kitchen and bathroom maintenance.
• Toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation and errand running services.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a caregiver in a home environment with at least two verifiable references.

Education/Training: Specialized training required for all personal care; Certified Home Health Aide license required.
