Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective in North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Float for Home Care/Long Term Care, full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Under RN supervision, you will provide basic personal care, maintain a safe environment, and respond to emergencies while supporting patients and families. Requirements include NA I with NC DHS, a high school diploma, strong English communication, and a valid

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant program and familiarity with basic computer skills and functions.
• Currently listed as NA I with NC Department of Human Services with no substantiated findings of neglect, abuse or misappropriation of resident property.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Must have excellent telephone communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as NA II or NA I in Hospice, home health or oncology.
• Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
