Castle Peak in Eagle, CO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This is your opportunity to work in a nonprofit community with a supportive, mission-driven environment and a rewarding role.

As a CNA, you’ll help residents maintain independence, document care, and report changes to the RN. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, and a generous bonus program for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing Assistant certification required.
• BLS/ CPR certificate required.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
