Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or PCA/HHA training program (54 hours) required.
• Experience in long term care/assisted living preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents per care plan and daily needs.
• Record vital signs, meals and ADLs in EHR and monitor changes.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility and daily activities.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities and support family communication.
