Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Randolph, MA to provide in-home care for clients in their homes. We offer short-hour shift opportunities, first and second shift options, and weekday/weekend openings with flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.

Join our team to deliver compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and companionship while maintaining a safe home environment and communicating any changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team.
