Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Sharon, MA is urgently seeking dedicated CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to support clients at home. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts with first and second shifts available, offering hourly pay between $20 and $23 and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include helping with daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and following personalized care plans, all while ensuring safety and comfort for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care alone in a client's home.
• Reliable and able to maintain shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
