Job summary

Flourishing-Home-Care-LL is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home care for clients in Massachusetts. You will assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the team.

We value clear communication, reliability, and teamwork. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus to help you reach clients across our service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned
