Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in Walpole, MA. We offer flexible shifts, including short and long hours, with weekday and weekend opportunities and weekly pay.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, companionship, and light housekeeping, following each client's care plan. CNAs or HHAs with current certification and compassionate, dependable approach are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
