Job summary

Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs in Lake Worth, FL to provide in-home care. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship, with emphasis on safety and patient comfort.

Candidates must have a CNA license or HHA certificate with Palm Beach County badge, a valid ID, background check, CPR, and ability to travel between clients.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate with Palm Beach County badge (no exceptions).
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.).
• Auto Insurance.
• CPR Card (in-person).
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and CEU for medication assistance.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, ambulation, dressing).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions; accompany to appointments.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dishes, laundry, cleaning).
• Provide hospice support, reminder medications, assist with exercises, incontinence care, and lifting equipment.

Education

CNA license or HHA certificate (Palm Beach County badge required)
