Job summary

Maplewood Senior Living in Weston, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) for per diem, on-site work in the Resident Care department. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$21 and entails supporting residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, medication prompting, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA Nurse’s Aide Registration or Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Experience with seniors and compassionate care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work with residents, families, peers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Provide outstanding care and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to Nursing Staff.
• Assist with medication prompting and daily housekeeping as required.
• Support residents with meal service and feeding.
