Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Huntington, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to maintain residents' cleanliness and assist with activities of daily living, while promoting dignity and safety. You will support residents, communicate with team members, and help sustain a comfortable living environment.

Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, be 18+, and CNA certification preferred; prior experience with seniors and strong customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity, and ensure physical safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
