Heywood Wakefield Commons, a 78-unit assisted living community in Gardner, MA, seeks caring companions with CNA or HHA certification to join the team. The role includes personal care, medication reminders, and assisting with meals and laundry, reporting to the Resident Service Manager.

Candidates must be certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides, read/write English proficiently, and pass a CORI background check. On-site work with flexible hours and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or HHA certification.
• Able to read and write English proficiently.
• Background check (CORI) required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care based on the resident's service plan.
• Administer medication reminders per state regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Assist with meals and dining room service.
• Perform laundry and housekeeping tasks for residents.
• Respond to resident needs and requests promptly.
• Ensure regular attendance and on-call readiness.
