Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Pittsfield, MA and surrounding communities. Flexible scheduling, day and overnight shifts, and opportunities from 2 to 12 hours help you balance life and work.

Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and qualifications. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days with criteria such as 20 hours/week and no unexcused absences.

MAKE EVERY SHIFT MATTER

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care


• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement


• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs


• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
