Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking CNAs/HHAs/Caregivers to serve the Lowell, Chelmsford, Westford, and surrounding areas. Flexible shifts offered, including short 2–4 hour slots, daytime and evening hours. Work from home options available in some roles, with a focus on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification or Experience as a caregiver in Home Care.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Provide Companion care, light meal prep, light housekeeping.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

We are looking for CNAs/HHAs/Caregivers in the Lowell, Chelmsford, Westford, Billerica areas. Flexible shifts available based on your availability — short hours (2 hour to 4 Hours Shifts), daytime, evening.
