Job summary

Senior Helpers in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home personal care. You will support clients to stay safe, independent, and comfortable, with tasks including daily living activities, meals, and companionship.

We offer flexible shifts (2–4 hrs or 8–12 hrs), training opportunities, and a focus on work-life balance while making a meaningful difference for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Caregiver qualifications include a valid HHA badge or CNA license.
• Must have auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Driver's license and in-service certificates preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care to help clients remain safe and independent.
• Assist with daily living activities including walking and dressing.
• Prepare meals and assist with errands as needed.
• Engage clients in hobbies and meaningful conversations.
• Document activities and report changes to clients' condition or behavior.

Senior Helpers is looking for a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant interested in 2-4 hr shifts or 8-12hr shifts.

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

• Short Shifts or stacked based on your availability
• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
