Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Attleboro, MA is expanding its caregiving team and urgently seeks CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join us. We offer positions with flexible hours and reliable weekly pay, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

You will provide personal care, mobility support, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients' homes, with shifts from first to second and options for weekdays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
