Job summary

St. Luke's Health System's Heart Rhythm Center in Boise, ID is seeking a compassionate CNA to gain hands-on experience in electrophysiology, cardiac devices, and advanced care.

You will support a busy clinic, prepare patients for two providers at a time, perform EKGs, assist with device checks, and collaborate with EP providers and nurse practitioners while receiving on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in Idaho.
• CPR and BLS from an approved provider are required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Support a busy specialty clinic serving ~48 patients daily.
• Room and prepare patients for two providers at a time, supporting up to 6 providers daily.
• Complete medication reconciliation.
• Perform EKGs.
• Assist with cardiac device checks and device interrogations.
• Support patients with pacemakers, defibrillators, and other implantable devices.
• Collaborate with electrophysiology providers and nurse practitioners.
• Provide compassionate patient care and education.
• Receive specialized on-the-job training in cardiac rhythm management.
