Job summary

Actikare Responsive In Home Care in Everett is hiring immediately for compassionate caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs to join our award-winning team. You will provide in-home care, companionship, and support to seniors in their own homes; mid-day shifts available near Everett; must be a licensed and insured driver.

We offer competitive pay, $21–$23 per hour for CNA/HCA, flexible hours, health/vision/dental insurance, PTO & sick leave, and free continuing education training.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active CNA or HCA certification in Washington or be enrolled in a training program.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Everett and surrounding areas.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• Must read, write and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.
• Assist clients with ambulation, mobility, and daily activities at home.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
