Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is hiring a CNA/HCA Caregiver for the AM shift in Stanwood, WA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support dignity and comfort in a senior living community.

We offer full and part-time roles with competitive wages between $17.95 and $26.92 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Successful completion of state CNA/STNA coursework and active certification required.

Qualifications

• State CNA/STNA certification required and maintained.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
