Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with vital signs, mobility, and transfers.
• Administer medications and treatments under supervision of licensed staff.
• Engage residents to promote socialization and community.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of resident care.
