Springfield Health Care Center under new management is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Springfield, Ohio. In this role you will provide hands-on care to residents, maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You’ll perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, assist with meals, and collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with us as we build a culture of quality care

Qualifications

• Active Ohio CNA certification or eligibility to work as a nurse aide per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs and other required information.
• Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Assisting with meals, hydration, repositioning, and transfers.
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
