Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents and give status updates at the start and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care, and perform vital sign checks and basic clinical procedures per policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required and certification must be maintained.
