Job summary

Imperial Crest Healthcare Center in Hawthorne, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team. Roles include providing personal care under supervision of a licensed nurse, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring residents receive high-quality care.

We welcome both new and experienced CNAs. Candidates must have CNA certification, a HS diploma or equivalent, full vaccination including boosters, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification and successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift/move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for the residents under supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
