• Deliver care with consideration of developmental status.
• Relate effectively to other people and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with co-workers and peers without behavioral extremes.
• Perform tasks involving negotiation, instruction, supervision, or communication with others.
• Respond appropriately to constructive feedback from supervisors.
