Job summary

You will help residents with daily living activities under RN supervision, maintain patient dignity, and participate in shift-based care including NOC and PM hours. A CNA certification and good health are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
