Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or CNA training and competency exam within four months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and ambulation.
• Follow HCF policies and procedures.
• Meet job-related competencies as outlined in STNA/CNA manuals.
• Answer call lights.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans and report abnormal findings or unsafe conditions.
