Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a 150-bed skilled facility. You will support residents with ADLs, assist with mobility, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment under licensed supervision.

Formación

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
