Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD is hiring CNAs/GNAs (CNA-I) and a Certified Medicine Technician (CMT) to provide person-centered care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents' needs. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.36 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland GNA/CNA-I certification.
• Must hold Maryland CMT certification (Certified Medicine Technician).
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences and comfort.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Administer medications to residents.
