Job summary

Golden Rose Care Center in Pasadena is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our SNF Unit. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care on-site. We offer competitive pay ($21–$25/hour), a $600 sign-on bonus after 90 days for full-time staff, shift differentials, and training support.

Shifts: AM, PM, NOC on a 4 on/2 off cycle. Responsibilities include monitoring resident condition, documenting care, following safety and infection control

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Honest, dependable, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide physical comfort, emotional support, and social interaction.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Perform rounds per protocol and as needed.
• Complete required documentation and in‑service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
