Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking qualified CNAs to join our caring team in our faith-based community. CNAs will support residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care, reporting to the nurse manager and collaborating with licensed staff on duty.

The role emphasizes direct resident care, daily living assistance and teamwork within a compassionate environment that values respect and service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion and passing of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program.
• Listed on the State Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the nurse manager and may follow directions from licensed nurses on duty or supervisory staff.
• Provide direct daily care to residents.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry and dining services.
• Support residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming and feeding as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and assist with clothing, linen and supplies.

Education
