The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Red Boiling Springs, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team. Full-time day and night shifts are available, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal needs (bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating).
• Take and record vital signs and assist with mobility and transport.
• Recognize and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with duties as directed.
