Job summary

Benedictine in La Crosse, WI is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will support residents with daily activities, uphold their dignity, and respect their choices in life.

You will report condition changes to RNs/LPNs, chart in the POC system, and demonstrate strong time management and prioritization of tasks. A solid English reading/writing ability is required, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is required.
