Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with daily living activities, transport them to activities and meals, and respond to calls and safety needs.

You will follow care plans, help monitor residents’ condition, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment. Spectrum offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), PTO, holiday pay and Daily Pay; vaccination not required.

Qualifications

• Must be a valid CNA in the State of Kansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans and obtaining vital signs.
