Valley Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Chilhowie, VA is seeking full-time CNA students for an opportunity to provide compassionate daily care while we train you on the job. We offer education and support to help you begin a meaningful healthcare career.

You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, monitor vital signs, and work under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Perfect attendance and grade standards are mandatory, and graduates must be able to work a full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Must maintain perfect attendance and minimum grade standards.
• Upon class completion, new graduates must be able to work a full-time schedule with every other weekend.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and basic health measurements under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Bathes, dresses, and assists with activities of daily living.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed.
