Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, FL is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our devoted caregiving team. The CNA provides direct resident care, assists with daily activities, monitors vital signs, and supports the interdisciplinary care plan.

This full-time night shift (11 pm–7 am) requires Florida CNA certification, a high school diploma, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and mobility aids up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with healthcare providers.
