Job summary

Riddle Village Retirement Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive starting rates between $21.64 and $22.61 per hour.

12-hour shifts provide flexibility, with full-time and PRN positions available for day and night coverage. Employer-subsidized health benefits begin after the first month, along with a 403(b) retirement plan and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to provide direct resident care with empathy and professionalism.

Current Shift Available: Full Time & PRN positions, both 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

About The CNA Position

The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is essential in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
