Job summary

Johns Island Post Acute, a 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility on Johns Island, SC, is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team and provide high-quality resident care. The CNA will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support a family-like atmosphere for our residents.

We offer day and night shifts with weekend coverage and shift differentials, plus benefits such as PTO and health services. Join our caring team and contribute to our residents’ well-being and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in SC.
• Passion for elder care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Record vital signs and assist with basic medical care.
• Collaborate with nurses and other care staff to ensure best outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment for all

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification in SC
