Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time, 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM) in Independence, MO. A $750 sign-on bonus and same-day pay options are offered, along with FT benefits including 401(k) and health/dental/vision/life insurance.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate daily resident care, completing rounds, assisting with meals and comfort, maintaining tidy spaces, and reporting resident status to the nursing team while supporting the Charge

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 6+ months CNA experience preferred.
