Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care in a skilled nursing facility setting. We offer FT, PT, and Per Diem shifts across all hours to fit your schedule.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment. CNA license and CPR/BLS are required; SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Take vital signs and report any changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Respond promptly to resident needs and support their overall well-being
• Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures
