Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (Evenings, full-time) in Evanston, IL. The role involves providing compassionate daily care to residents across assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care settings.

You will report to the nurse manager and collaborate with licensed nurses to support residents with personal care, activities, meals, and mobility. A state-approved CNA program completion and registry listing are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification as required by the state.
• Ability to provide direct resident care under supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents according to care plans.
• Assist with activities, dining, mobility, and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Support with meals and feeding as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervising staff.
• Assist with transportation and transfers as required.
• Cross-train in other assisted living tasks as needed.
